IFME 2026 will be organized as a onsite event!

TICKET INCLUDES

  • Event program on June 9-10
  • Get together on June 8
  • Helsinki City Reception on June 9 (Limited seats available)
  • Evening program on June 10
  • Catering on event days as described in the programme

Information about the excursions on June 11 and onwards will be published later. Excursions might have registration fees.

One day ticket includes the activities related to the selected day.
Organizers reserve rights for changes without notice.

Registrations are personal and can not be split between two people. 

 

GROUP TICKET CATEGORIES

Group tickets can be purchased for group of 5 or more people. You don't need to know the participant names when you purchase group tickets.

SPOUSE PROGRAM

Spouse program will be organized. Spouse program includes the same evening activities as the regular ticket and more.

Credit card, pdf-invoice, e-invoice (for Finnish organizations), Mobiley pay, net bank (for Finnish customers)


TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellations before March 31, 2026:
Full refund minus 100 EUR handling fee

Cancellations after March 31 2026:
No refund

Ticket can be transferred to another person in the same organization.
