IFME 2026 will be organized as a onsite event!

Excursions on abroad on June 12 onwards are not included in the ticket price.

One day ticket includes the activities related to the selected day.

Registrations are personal and can not be split between two people. 

 

GROUP TICKETS

Group tickets can be purchased for groups of five or more people. You don’t need to know the participants’ names when purchasing group tickets.
Once the group tickets have been purchased, we will send you an email with instructions on how to register the individual participants.

Please note that one-day tickets are not available for group purchase.

Accompanying persons program will be organized. Program includes the same evening activities as the regular ticket and more.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellations before March 31, 2026:
Full refund minus 100 EUR handling fee

Cancellations after March 31 2026:
No refund

Ticket can be transferred to another person in the same organization.
