Exhibition

Exhibition will be organized on June 8-10. The exhibition will open on June 8 evening at the get together event and will run through the whole event. Get together and coffee breaks will be organized at the exhibition area.  Please do not hesitate to contact the organizers if you have any questions.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGES

Exhibitor packages are priced by size of the exhibition area.

2x2 meters – 3000 EUR* 

3x2 meters – 3900 EUR*

5x2 meters – 5500 EUR* 

 

Exhibitor package includes:

  • The chosen area from the exhibition
  • Table and chair in the exhibition area, electricity
  • Organization name in the exhibitors list
  • Lead Scanning
  • 1 ticket (please note that the personnel in the exhibition stand needs a ticket)
  • Extra participants with Early Bird price

 

FAME (SKTY) Premium members get 50 % discount from the prices listed above.

*All prices exclude VAT. VAT can be waived for EU companies with a valid VAT number and organizations outside EU. For other registrations, valid VAT (currently 25,5 %) will be added.

 

Our exhibitor partner is WS Expo. You can order readymade booths and or other equipment to your booth.

BASIC PACKAGE

500 EUR*

  • Logo visibility under Partner

GOLD PACKAGE

1600 EUR*

  • All the items included in the basic package
  • Organization’s branded break slide
  • 1 minute elevator speech in the opening session
  • 1 Ticket (for the speaker)

PLATINUM PACKAGE

2500 EUR*

  • All the items included in the Gold package
  • 30 minutes demo or speech in the programme (20 minutes for the presentation + 10 minutes for the q&a and change of the next speaker) - Available for 8 first platinum partners
  • Space for marketing texts in the participant information emails - Available for 8 first platinum partners (max. 100 words)
  • Possibility to share lanyards for participants (available for 4 first platinum partners)
    • Deadline to register this option is March 31, 2026
  • Possibility to organize excursion / demo as part of official programme on June 8
    • Partner is responsible for the practical arrangements and communication 
    • Deadline to register this option is March 31, 2026
