INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
- Minute programme is published and it can be found here
- Organizer reserves right for changes
- Abstract texts and speaker biographies are available in the online programme.
- All presentations need to be done live in the conference venue - remote presentations are not allowed.
- Total length of the presentation is 30 minutes (20 minutes is reserved for the talk, 5 minutes for the Q&A and 5 minutes for switch to a next speaker). Length of a keynote presentation is 45 minutes including Q&A.
- Presentation slides should be shared to participants via ExOrdo account by May 31 (upload presentation material)
- The actual presentation slides should be shared to sharepoint folder by June 8, 2026. Sharepoint folder will be shared to speakers by email.
TECHNICAL SETUP AT THE LECTURE HALLS
Please arrive at the lecture hall at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to greet the session chair and technical personnel
In all lecture halls, a technical assistant will be available to help you with the microphones and your presentation.
The Session Chair will moderate the session and introduce you on stage.
Finlandia Hall and Helsinki Hall
- Two confidence monitors available
- One displays the same view as seen by the audience
- One can display your speaker notes
- A timer showing the remaining presentation time is available
- The organizer provides a computer for presentations
- The computer is not located on stage
- You may use your own computer
- Your own computer will be placed on stage
In Finlandia Hall the technical personnel will be found at the back of the hall.
In Helsinki Hall the technical personnel will be found in front of the hall.

PREPARING THE PRESENTATION
Here are some guidelines to consider when preparing your presentation:
- Name your objective clearly and be sure to present the core of the content. Make your presentation easily understandable!
- Know who you are speaking to
- Make your presentation visually interesting
- Rehearse the timing in advance
SPEAKER CARDS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
- Speaker cards will be sent to you soon.
- You can use your speaker card also as a cover slide.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION
- Deadline for presenting author registration and payment is January 10, 2026
- Link for registration has been sent to all speakers by email.
- Speaker ticket is 349 EUR including VAT 25,5 %
