Step into the history of the "Gibraltar of the North" and witness unique Finnish design.

TUESDAY, JUNE 9 | The Green Heart of Helsinki

Discover why Helsinki is one of the world’s most livable and greenest capitals.

  • 8.30 - 10.15 Opening session at Finlandia Hall
  • 11.00 Lunch
  • 12.00 Töölönlahti Park, Arboretum in Kaisaniemi, The Winter Garden, Olympic Stadium Tower
  • 17.00 Back to FInlandia Hall / Hotels
  • 17.45 - 18.45 Sitowise Wine Reception
  • 19.00 - 20.30 Helsinki City Reception (separate registration needed)

 

 

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10 | A Voyage to Medieval Porvoo

Enjoy a classic Finnish summer day with a cruise to the country's second-oldest city.

  • Archipelago Cruise: Relax on a boat trip through the stunning islands with lunch served on board.
  • Old Porvoo: A guided walking tour through the cobblestone streets and iconic riverside warehouses of Old Porvoo.
  • Evening: Get together with live music at Restaurant Botta.

 

Schedule:

  • 9.30 Meeting at Kauppatori (Eteläranta, 00170 Helsinki)
  • 10.00 Ferry (M/S J.L. Runeberg) departures towards City of Porvoo, Lunch on the ferry. Guided tour in Porvoo Medieval Town
  • 16.00 Bus Trip back to Helsinki
  • 19.00 Get together with Live Music at restaurant Botta (Museokatu 10, 00100 Helsinki)

 

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 11 | National Romanticism at Hvitträsk

A final morning dedicated to Finnish art and the serene lakeside lifestyle.

  • Artist Home: Visit Hvitträsk, the stunning forest studio and home of world-renowned architects Saarinen, Gesellius, and Lindgren.

  • 9.00 Tour to Hvitträsk

PARTICIPATION FEE: 330 EUR inc. VAT 25,5 %
Deadline to register is April 30. Please note that separate registration for the Helsinki City Reception is required.
Instructions are provided as part of the accompanying person program registration.

INCLUSIONS: All guided tours, transport during the programme, lunches during excursions, and entry to all social evening events.
