What happens: Enjoy a relaxed wine reception hosted by Sitowise with a selection of wines and light refreshments. This informal get-together offers a great opportunity to network and meet fellow participants before heading to the Helsinki City Reception next door.

How to register: When buying the ticket you can sign up for the reception. You can edit your answer using the link received with the confirmation email.

 

Helsinki City Reception

Place: Helsinki City Hall, Banquet Hall

What happens: Representative of City of Helsinki welcomes the participants. The IFME Awards are announced. FAME Centenary speech. Light food and drinks are served.

How to register: When buying a ticket you find instructions how to register. Deadline to sign up is June 1 and QR code is needed for the entrance (received after registration).

 

Get Together with Live Music

Time: June 10, 19.00 ->
Dress code: Business casual

What happens: Casual get together evening. Light food and drinks are served. Evening is sponsored by event partners.
