3 minutes elevator speech in the programme. Partner presentations will be held during the opening session on Wednesday March 18.

Opening times:

Exhibition is open from Wednesday March 18, 8:00 until March 19, 16.30

All the coffee breaks are organized in the exhibition area.

Partner package includes the space (2 x 2 m), electricity, table and a chair.

Delivering goods to Clarion:

Clarion will accept deliveries no earlier than March 17, 2026.

The exhibitor is responsible for arranging the delivery of their own goods to Clarion.
Please ensure your shipment is clearly labeled with the event name and the exhibitor’s name. It is recommended to call in advance to facilitate smooth delivery. Large deliveries must always be agreed upon beforehand: events.cl.helsinki@strawberry.fi
