3 minutes elevator speech in the programme. Partner presentations will be held during the opening session on Wednesday March 18.

You can also deliver us slides for your speech.

List of participants will be shared, including those who have allowed their names to be published
Organizer will reserve a room at the venue for the sessions.
Please contact organizer by February 13 to check the availability.

Opening times:

Exhibition is open from Wednesday March 18, 8:00 until March 19, 16.30

All the coffee breaks are organized in the exhibition area. 

 

Exhibition building partner:

Partner package includes the space (2 x 2 m), electricity, table and a chair.

Building time: Wednesday March 18 from 7.15 to 8.00 (doors open)

Dismantling time: Thursday Mach 19 from 15.30 to 18.00

Please note that if you have ordered ready-made booth or items from TAIKALYHTY, they will be waiting for you at the stand.

Delivering goods to Clarion:

Clarion will accept deliveries no earlier than March 17, 2026.

The exhibitor is responsible for arranging the delivery of their own goods to Clarion.
Please ensure your shipment is clearly labeled with the event name and the exhibitor’s name. It is recommended to call in advance to facilitate smooth delivery. Large deliveries must always be agreed upon beforehand: meetings.cl.helsinki@strawberry.fi.
In your message, please mention Clarion’s event coordinator Emilia Keskitalo and the event name.
