What happens: Meet and greet the other participants at the casual get together. Light food and drinks are served.

Shrimp ‘Skagen’ and malted rye bread with iced fennel and dill oil (L, G*)

Pan-fried arctic char with potato terrine, roasted root vegetables and lobster sauce (L, G)

Chocolate cake with marinated blackberries and mascarpone mousse (L, G)

 

Special dietary requirements and food allergies will be accommodated if indicated during registration.

The price includes dinner drinks (wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages) in moderation.
