As with previous editions of the #AIAEC conference series, the programme is based on presentation proposals received from our global community. See the submission instructions below and join us as a speaker! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact vesa.jarvinen[at]ains.fi regarding the content, or ville.raasakka[at]ril.fi for practical arrangements.

We accept only onsite presentations. Speakers whose proposals are accepted will be expected to travel to Helsinki, Finland to give their presentations.

The conference will be organized in a hybrid format.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Submit your presentation proposal by September 30, 2025
  • Notifications will be sent to corresponding authors in beginning of December, 2025

 

  • Final programme will be available in December 2025
  • Deadline for speakers to purchase speaker ticket is December 31, 2025
  • Deadline to update proposal text for the online programme is December 31, 2025
  • Deadline to submit preliminary slide deck for the session chair is January 15, 2026
  • Deadline to submit final slide deck for the participants is March 16, 2026

SHARING MATERIALS

If your proposal gets accepted, we will ask you to submit your presentation material to be shared on the website (shareable version). Please note that you can use a different version of the presentation material in the Conference if there are copyright or confidentiality issues.

Please note that we also intend to record all the sessions and recordings will be shared on the event platform. 

 

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

  • If your presentation gets accepted, you'll need to complete the registration and payment of the speaker ticket by the end of December 2025.

  • Speaker ticket is 289 EUR (including VAT 25,5 %, 230,28 EUR + VAT 25,5 %)
