- December 31 - Deadline to buy the speaker ticket
- December 31 - Deadline to edit your submission text for online programme
- Edit by logging in to your ExOrdo account and click "submit final submission"
- Online programme which includes proposal texts and speaker biographies will be published in January
- January 15- Deadline to submit preliminary slide deck for the session chair
- Share by logging in to your ExOrdo account and click "submit presentation material"
- March 16 - Deadline to submit your slides or any other related material to participants
- Share by logging in to your ExOrdo account and click "submit presentation material"
- All uploaded material will be available in the online programme
- March 17 - Deadline to submit final slide deck for the presentation
- Link to sharepoint folder has been shared by email.
PROGRAMME
Programme will be available in two formats PDF and online programme. Online programme shows all the information that you share in the ExOrdo system (proposal text, biography and slide deck for participants).
PRESENTATION
- Presentations are onsite only; remote presentations are not available
- Total time for your presentation is 20 minutes
- 17 minutes is reserved for the presentation itself
- 3 minutes is reserved for the Q&A and change of the next speaker
- Total time for keynote presentations is 30/45 minutes
- Organizer will provide a computer for your presentation
- In every session there is a technical assistant who will open the presentation for you and help you with the computer and microphones
- In every session there is a chair who introduces you to the audience and leads the session and the Q&A
- Please go to the session room 15 minutes before the session begins to greet the session chair and technical assistant
- If you have video / sound in your presentation please inform the technical staff onsite. Our staff is happy to do a test for your video / sound before the session.
- Please try to keep your presentation file size reasonable!
- Please note that all the sessions will be streamed for online participants and recorded. Recordings will be available in the platform to watch at least for 60 days.
UPDATE (March 13) - Use of Own Computers
Due to high demand, we will exceptionally allow presenters to use their own computers when demonstrating software, running live demos, or presenting materials beyond a standard slide deck.
Please note that the connection in the hall is provided via HDMI for video and 3.5 mm audio cable for sound. If your device requires any adapters, please remember to bring them with you.
If you plan to use your own device, please contact your hall technician well in advance to ensure all arrangements can be made.
Technical setup in the conference halls
- There is no possibility to use your own computer as we are streaming and recording all the presentations
- Please note that the computer is not placed on stage.
- On stage there will be
- Speaker screen which displays exactly the same screen which is shown to participants
- Notes screen which will display the speaker notes (if in use).
- Timer
- Clicker for changing the slides
- Please note that the organizer will only verify that your presentation file opens correctly on our computer. If your presentation contains special effects, videos, animations, or other elements that require testing, please visit your session room well before your session starts to ensure everything runs smoothly. You may also contact our technical personnel in advance.

Preparing the presentation
Here are some guidelines to consider when preparing your presentation:
- Name your objective clearly and be sure to present the core of the content. Make your presentation easily understandable!
- Know who you are speaking to
- Make your presentation visually interesting
- Rehearse the timing in advance
Each session has a chairperson who will run the session and handle the Q&A after your presentation.
SPEAKER CARDS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
- Speaker cards has been sent to speakers by email. You can use your speaker card also as a cover slide.
- Please use #AIAEC2026 when posting to social media.
- You can tag the organizer LinkedIn account if you wish
